A Day in the Life...
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks on HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems as well as light carpentry work.
• Respond to tenant service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct routine inspections of building systems, equipment, and common areas
• Assist with snow removal as needed
• Support material handling, including moving furniture and office setups
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as required
What We Are Looking For:
Required
• Knowledge of tools, materials, methods and practices in facility maintenance
• Skill in operation of power/manual tools, light/heavy equipment
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Flexible schedule (On call 1x every 3 weeks)
Preferred
• 2+ Years of maintenance experience in a commercial or office environment
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, Electrical and plumbing systems

$44,900 - $61,710The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position’s typical hiring range.
