Description
Maintains production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime; responsible for set up, adjustment, maintenance and repair of machinery and mechanical equipment used in the production facility.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:
? Support Equipment (Ovens, Packing lines, Conveyors.
? Plumbing, Pneumatic Hydraulics, Cutting.
? Strong Mechanical and Problem-Solving Skills.
? Excellent trouble-shooting skills Service-oriented(responsive)
? Power Industrial Training Certification a plus
? Electrical, PLC Diagnostics a plus.
? Welding MIG, TIG, Stick a plus.
? Self-Starter- able to start and complete projects independently.
? Effective communicator Process-oriented, methodical
? High School Diploma.
? 2-5 years’ experience in industrial bakery and/or food manufacturing environment preferred.
? Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
? Ability to perform the following: standing for extended periods of time; walking, lifting, climbing, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning and stooping
? Ability to lift 60 pounds frequently
? Ability to work overtime, weekends and flexible work hours
