This position is located on-site in Ripon, WI.

Standard Work Hours:

Monday - Thursday 3pm – 1am

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $35.38 - $38.18, commensurate with experience and qualifications

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications
Troubleshoot and service motors, advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment
Perform welding as needed to support maintenance and repair activities
Prepare new machines for operation following established protocols and procedures
Conduct regular technical testing on machinery to ensure safety and efficiency
Collect and analyze data on machine operation to identify trends and recommend actions to reduce machine downtime
Create and manage work orders through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Demonstrate expert-level understanding of production machines and equipment

Qualifications

What You Need To Succeed:

Two-year Associate degree and 5+ years’ work experience required.
Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS

Our jobs require:

Standing for a long period, sitting, manual dexterity, stooping, bending
Passing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
