Maintenance Mechanic

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll play a key role in keeping our production lines running efficiently and continuously improving performance:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment to meet operational demands
- Respond quickly to breakdowns and support critical maintenance needs across the facility
- Identify equipment issues through observation and performance metrics
- Perform preventative and periodic maintenance to maximize uptime
- Partner with Reliability Mechanics to keep equipment operating at peak efficiency
- Reduce process losses by improving settings, adjustments, and standards
- Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives (TPM, loss elimination, etc.)
- Train and coach Line Leads and Operators on equipment standards and autonomous maintenance
- Translate technical/OEM information into practical, easy-to-follow processes
- Participate in daily shift meetings to prioritize work and minimize downtime
- Maintain parts inventory and ensure tools are readily available
- Complete maintenance reports, work orders, and documentation accurately
What We Need From You:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience with equipment such as conveyors, pumps, pneumatics, and drive systems
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance tracking
- Knowledge of GMP and OSHA safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to train and support others on the production floor

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Work in a production/warehouse environment with moderate noise
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of tools and equipment
- Exposure to moving machinery, forklifts, and powered industrial equipment
