Shift Options (Day Shift):
- Front Half:
Sunday – Wednesday
(Wednesday follows 3-4-3 rotation)
- Back Half:
Wednesday – Saturday

The
Process Maintenance Mechanic
is responsible for maximizing equipment uptime by performing
preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring smooth manufacturing operations in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair on equipment including
valves, centrifuges, pumps, autoclaves, washers, tanks, and piping systems
- Execute
preventive and corrective maintenance
to ensure equipment reliability
- Maintain accurate, detail-oriented documentation to support
Right-First-Time operations
- Troubleshoot and escalate equipment/process issues as needed
- Ensure compliance with
cGMP, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation standards
- Complete work orders and tasks within defined timelines
- Safely operate tools, shop equipment, and perform fieldwork
- Utilize systems such as
CMMS, intranet tools, and standard office applications
- Collaborate cross-functionally with
Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Technology teams
- Support
equipment start-up and validation activities
- Collect and organize technical data from vendors and internal teams
- Assist with
spare parts identification, procurement, and inventory management
- Train and mentor other mechanics
- Read and interpret
Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID)
- Review and update
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Follow
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
procedures and safety policies
- Perform
confined space entry and work at heights
as required
- Rebuild pumps, valves, seals, and mechanical assemblies
- Conduct safety inspections of
rigging and fall protection equipment
Key Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5–6 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience
- Strong understanding of
process maintenance systems and equipment
- Ability to lift up to
50 lbs
(with reasonable accommodation)
- Valid driver’s license
You should be proficient in:
