Job Description

We’re hiring a **Maintenance Mechanic **to join our team! In this role, you’ll install, repair, and maintain industrial equipment like pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, and shredders. If you’re hands-on, mechanically skilled, and thrive in fast-paced environments — this is the job for you.

This is 2nd shift - 2pm-12am

What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems
• Perform preventive maintenance using Express Maintenance software
• Install and align new equipment from blueprints
• Use welding/fabrication tools safely (MIG/Stick a plus)
• Collaborate with electricians and other techs
• Follow all safety protocols including LOTO and PPE use

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance or millwright experience
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and power tools
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in dusty/dirty environments
• Welding/fabrication and 480V electrical knowledge a plus
• Team player with strong troubleshooting skills
