Primary Responsibilities

Repair & Maintenance Electrical work focuses on repairing, constructing, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems and

equipment including: Installing, calibrating, and testing electrical building infrastructure, control systems, and equipment.

Cutting, threading, bending, coupling, and strapping electrical conduit wiring. Troubleshooting electrical malfunctions and inspecting circuits/wiring for shieldingand grounding.
Testing electrical equipment for safety and efficiency.

Understanding of basics of hydraulic theory and its applications; understanding of applicable utility systems and understanding of plant

instrumentation/control systems such as level detection, temperature measurement, mass and magnetic flow meters, etc.

The candidate must possess basic math skills in areas of addition/subtraction, multiplication/division.
Ability to perform preventative maintenance on, troubleshoot and repair industrial pumps, belts, piping, filters, mixers, conveyors, valves,

bearings, and mechanical seals.

Ability to troubleshoot and proof testing of equipment as necessary to solve problems and pro-actively prevent them.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and/or related skilled trades.
Basic Computer skills. PLC skills preferred. (Experience with Allen Bradley Panel view systems and
Experience working a CMMS preferred; Micro-Main a plus.
Understanding of basics of hydraulic theory and its applications; understanding of applicable utility systems; and understanding of plant instrumentation/control systems such as level detection, temperature measurement, mass and magnetic flow meters, etc. Allen Bradley PLC networking equipment desired).
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
