heavy mechanical background🔧 What You’ll Do- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and hydraulic systems

• Diagnose mechanical failures and minimize downtime

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams

🛠 What We’re Looking For- Strong heavy mechanical experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment

• Hands-on experience with industrial production equipment

• Proven troubleshooting and repair skills

• Ability to work independently on 2nd or 3rd shift

• Union manufacturing experience is a plus
