We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic team in Spring Hill, FL. As a vital part of our manufacturing facility, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of injection molding and blow molding machinery . Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including injection molding machines, blow molding machines and printing equipment

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with PLC systems and electrical schematics.

• Conduct electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting to ensure optimal equipment performance.

• Collaborate with team members to implement preventive maintenance strategies.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

• Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment as needed.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong PLC troubleshooting skills and familiarity with electrical systems diagnostics and repair.

• Solid understanding of electrical schematics and mechanical troubleshooting techniques.

• Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics systems.

• Injection molding experience is a plus and blow molding

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
