Industrial Maintenance Mechanics 2nd & 3rd shifts!
Location: Litchfield, MI
Pay: Up to $28.98/hr + $3.00/hr Off Shift Differential
Schedule: 2nd shift: 2:30pm-11pm Monday-Friday, or 3rd shift 10:00pm-6:30am Monday-Friday. *Overtime as needed, Sundays paid as double time. Full-Time | Direct Hire opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:
**
Assemble, install, and maintain a wide range of building and production equipment throughout the facility- company manufactures window regulators, plastics equipment repair knowledge is a plus!
Perform electrical wiring based on schematics and blueprints; install PLC programs under the guidance of engineering.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
Lead daily shift activities of maintenance personnel using radio communications and work tickets.
Support project-based installations and coordinate documentation related to new equipment.
Serve as backup to the Maintenance Supervisor and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Maintain open communication between shifts and contribute to a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Enforce maintenance best practices and safety procedures, including 5S standards.
**Qualifications:
**
Open to Level II-Level V Industrial Mechanics, with 2 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance or electrical engineering preferred.
Experience in a high-volume production environment supporting: Molding, Material Handling, NC & CNC Equipment (Tool and Die) operations ideal.
Strong understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems and devices.
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and PLC schematics.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to guide a team or oversee contractor work.
Excellent multitasking and communication skills, including radio-based communication.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, physically active factory setting.
Working Conditions:
Factory environment with exposure to machinery noise, moving equipment, electrical components, and welding/cutting processes.
Must be able to lift/move up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Attention to safety is critical due to equipment-related risks.
