Maintenance Technician – Bottling & Packaging

Hours; M-F 6:00AM-3:30PM

Pay- $30+DOE

Position Summary

Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing high-speed bottling and packaging equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production. Supports preventive maintenance, equipment upgrades, changeovers, and continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on bottling lines and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and basic electrical issues.
• Document maintenance activities and work orders in MaintainX.
• Repair, fabricate, and source replacement parts as needed.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, commissioning, and packaging changeovers.
• Ensure equipment is operating safely and properly before returning it to production.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate outstanding issues during shift handoffs.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Follow all safety procedures and support training as needed.
• Travel to other company locations as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, bottling, or packaging preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and basic electrical knowledge.
• Experience with automated production equipment and preventive maintenance preferred.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems; MaintainX experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred or required based on company needs.
