Maintenance Mechanic – Heat Treatment Services

Green Bay, WI

$35.00–$40.00/hour + 3 Weeks Paid Vacation

1st Shift | Full-Time

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join a growing heat treatment facility in Green Bay! If you have a strong industrial maintenance background and enjoy troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Inspect machinery for wear, leaks, and other mechanical issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Source and order replacement parts as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED.

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (heat treat or CNC machining preferred).

• Strong mechanical knowledge of:- Hydraulics & pneumatics

  • Motors, drives, belts, chains & gearboxes
  • 480V 3-phase electrical systems & control circuits

• Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience ordering maintenance parts.

• Reliable attendance and a team-oriented attitude.
