**Maintenance Mechanic **

Location: Flower Mound, TX

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Overtime: Occasional Saturdays as needed

Pay: $30 - $35/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic I to join our team in Flower Mound, TX. This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery, equipment, and facility systems to keep production running efficiently. Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, tools, and building systems.
• Assist with the repair of woodworking machinery, infeed/outfeed systems, hand tools, and forklifts using diagrams, operating manuals, and manufacturer specifications.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Order replacement parts and maintenance supplies as needed.
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Keep the maintenance shop and work areas clean and organized.
• Participate in safety meetings, continuous improvement initiatives, and training.
• Follow hazardous waste and hazardous material handling procedures when assigned to the Treating Department.
• Prepare maintenance reports and complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance or machine repair experience.
• Working knowledge of:
• Ability to read equipment manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Knowledge of safe equipment operation and OSHA safety practices.
• Experience handling hazardous materials is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
