Maintenance Mechanic

$28–$30/hour | Day Shift | 2-2-3 Schedule

We are hiring 2 Maintenance Mechanics for an established food packaging manufacturer. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical troubleshooting skills who can maintain, repair, and troubleshoot industrial production equipment.

Schedule:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
• 2-2-3 rotating schedule
• Every other weekend off

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on production equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Diagnose equipment failures and minimize downtime.
• Repair and replace motors, bearings, belts, conveyors, and other mechanical components.
• Support production teams with equipment reliability and performance.

Requirements:

• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Food packaging or similar manufacturing experience is preferred.

Compensation:

• $28–$30/hour, depending on experience.
• 12-hour day shifts.
• Full-time opportunity.
