Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, modify, repair, and rebuild plant and facility equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability
• Inspect equipment and identify issues before they impact production
• Assist production teams with equipment changeovers and setup activities
• Dismantle defective equipment to access and replace components
• Utilize technical documentation including blueprints, manuals, and schematics
• Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis efforts

Qualifications

Maintenance Mechanic I

• Minimum one (1) year of maintenance experience or equivalent technical training
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to learn and maintain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical documents and schematics preferred
• Effective English communication skills for safety, training, and operational requirements

Maintenance Mechanic II

In addition to Level I qualifications:

• Minimum three (3) years of maintenance, diagnostics, and repair experience or equivalent technical training
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, temperature controls, and pressure systems
• Ability to troubleshoot moderately complex mechanical issues
• Experience with test equipment and automated controls
• Ability to operate PIT equipment, hoists, and cranes

Maintenance Mechanic III

• Minimum five (5) years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent technical training
• Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities
• Knowledge of lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and basic electrical systems
• Advanced understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to inspect, repair, and replace manufacturing equipment components
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience using diagnostic equipment and maintenance-related software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in packaging, converting, plastics processing, chemical manufacturing, or similar industrial environments

• Vocational, Technical, Associate Degree, or equivalent training in:- Industrial Maintenance

  • Robotics
  • Industrial Electrical Systems

• Experience with HVAC, PLCs, CNC equipment, or related technologies
