Job Description

Our manufacturing clients is looking to add skilled Maintenance Technician to support their plant operations in **Findlay, OH **location.

**Pay Rate: **$22/hr - $24/hr

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely solutions to reduce downtime

• Conduct routine inspections and identify potential maintenance concerns

• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

• Support installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation (CMMS preferred)

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Experience troubleshooting PLC systems is a plus

• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs

• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)

• Basic welding, fabrication, and troubleshooting skills
