Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Location: Battle Creek, MI

Shift Timings: 05:45 AM to 02:00 PM [Monday to Friday]

Contract Duration: 12 Months [Temp-To-Hire]

Job Description:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial production equipment to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on corrugator equipment, conveyors, and manufacturing systems.
• Repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and related components.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems including chains, gears, bearings, conveyors, and power transmission equipment.
• Fabricate, modify, and repair machine parts, tools, and components as needed to support production operations.
• Perform root-cause analysis to identify equipment failures and implement effective repair solutions.
• Support equipment reliability initiatives by completing scheduled maintenance activities and safety inspections.
• Maintain and troubleshoot a variety of industrial machinery, including legacy equipment and automated production systems.
• Operate forklifts and assist with rigging activities when required.
• Follow all safety, quality, and maintenance procedures while supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
