| JOB SUMMARY | | The Maintenance Manager oversees all maintenance operations within the facility to ensure equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and safe, uninterrupted production of industrial gases. This role provides technical direction, coordinates maintenance planning, and leads continuous improvement efforts that support operational efficiency and asset longevity. | | Essential Functions | - Provide management capabilities to facilitate the overall maintenance of the Longmont facility buildings, manufacturing and R&D operations.
- Initiate and manage improvement and repair projects for operations and facility equipment and systems.
- Maintain Longmont manufacturing and facility equipment and maintenance records and monitor PM program.
- Manage facility and plant maintenance group.
- Approve and oversee contractors.
- Work in conjunction with Corporate Engineering on all projects.
- Participate as an active member of the facility Emergency Response Team.
- This position reports to the Longmont Branch Manager.
