Oversee the daily operation of the Maintenance Department. Goal is No down time of overall operation. Train, and certify regular and temporary employees on all maintenance equipment and procedures. Maintain the appropriate records and reports required for daily plant operation and daily maintenance works. Monitor employee job performance. Involve in policy making for continued process operation, improvement, and cost reduction. Ensure an orderly and safe workplace. Monitor and manage department labor and operation cost.

Management Responsibilities: Directly supervises employees in the maintenance department. Responsibilities include training employees; assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Engineering or equivalent; or 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write and speak effectively in groups and is capable to write routine reports and correspondence.
Mathematical Skills: He or she must understand units that are used in the plant, gallons, litters, inches, meters, kilograms and pounds and others.
Computer Skills: Basic skills required. (Windows, Excel, Word, PLC (Mitsubishi, A&B) and Email)
Reasoning Ability: Must have the ability to apply common sense to understanding and carry out detailed written and oral instructions. Must have the ability to resolve and deal with problems involving a concrete variables in standardized situations within the production processing operation.
