Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules for injection molding machinery and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate repairs and troubleshooting of equipment failures, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless operations and minimize disruptions.
  • Train and mentor team members on maintenance best practices and safety protocols.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in maintenance technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in an injection molding environment.
  • Strong knowledge of injection molding machinery and maintenance practices.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.
  • Strong commitment to safety and compliance with industry regulations.
