MAINTENANCE MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY:

TH Plastics, Inc., is a custom injection molder serving the appliance and automotive industries, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the following position in our Bowling Green, Ohio Molding Division.

JOB OVERVIEW:

Responsible for overseeing tooling and equipment maintenance of the facility.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of experience
• 8 to 10 years plant/general management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Regular on-site attendance

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
• Provide support to troubleshoot and solve issues
• Ensure all maintenance and tooling objectives are completed on time and within budget
• Work towards root cause solutions to reduce downtime and improve quality
• Coordinate with management, customers, production and tooling suppliers to schedule/perform all in house and outsourced tooling maintenance and repairs
• Maintain tooling uptime to minimize impact on the customer
• Work with other groups involved in manufacturing toward continuous improvement objectives set forth by management
• Ensures the facilities equipment and machines are maintained properly and working correctly
• Procures materials, supplies, and repair parts to maintain inventory as required
• Track record PM’s and work orders
• Coordinate work performed by outside contractors
• All other related duties as assigned
