Position Overview

Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and improve maintenance operations within a manufacturing facility. This person will focus on strengthening maintenance processes, developing the team, and building an effective preventive maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve the preventive maintenance program
• Improve PM completion and equipment reliability
• Lead and develop maintenance technicians
• Organize and improve day-to-day maintenance processes
• Use maintenance and production data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Improve CMMS utilization and parts management
• Drive improvements in efficiency and OEE
• Support technician training and skill development
• Establish structure, accountability, and consistency within the maintenance department
