Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to maximize equipment uptime.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate and oversee repairs, maintenance projects, and renovations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any maintenance-related concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve maintenance processes.
• Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
