Role purpose
The Maintenance Manager has accountabilities for all aspects of Maintenance at the site. This includes driving the site’s Journey to Excellence (J2E) ensuring safe personal and team behaviors, performance and compliance with all outlined safety and food safety procedures and protocols. Additionally leading, motivating, and developing a proactive team of maintenance professionals that optimize the reliability and lifecycle of all operational assets is essential. The position is under direction of the Plant Manager/Director of Operations.

Tate & Lyle complies with all local/state regulations requiring salary range transparency.
When determining final compensation, we take into consideration: skillset, job scope, knowledge, prior experience, cost of living, market data, budget availability, and other factors as permitted by law.
The pay range for this position is: $78,600 - $108,100.
