What you'll do
- Maintain compliance with all company and customer safety and environmental programs including all training, reporting and system documentation.
- Responsible for quality compliance, awareness, training and reporting including all daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports.
- Responsible for the development and execution of reliability-based maintenance programs to ensure optimum performance of equipment to plant operations in multiple applications
- Assist with customer relations, communications, and requests. Attend customer meetings. Drive continuous improvement.
- Responsible for parts, maintenance, service, and supplies of equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Manager Responsibilities
- Directly supervise salary and hourly employees. Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Maintain productive/positive customer relations, drive quality and associated systems, effective communications both written and verbal, timely submittal of required reporting, participate with customer on quality related initiatives and manage all facility functions and documents. Support 100% utilization of Rolling Mill.
What you'll need
- Minimum 1-year leadership experience
- Prior maintenance experience
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and mechanical skills.
- Proven management attributes
- P&L management
- Extensive problem-solving experience with proven methodology.
- Good relationship building skills focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
