Maintenance Manager – USDA Food Facility

Moonachie, NJ | Up to $140K + Bonus | Relocation Available

A growing USDA-regulated food manufacturer near NYC seeks a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead all plant maintenance operations across two shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team maintaining production, facility, and utility equipment

• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance in a USDA environment

• Manage PM systems, vendor coordination, and capital improvements

• Partner with QA and operations to drive uptime and compliance

• Promote safety, cost control, and continuous improvement

What You Bring:

• USDA facility experience is required

• Leadership experience in manufacturing maintenance

• Strong troubleshooting and PM background; electrical skills preferred

• Familiarity with CMMS and lean principles

• Current U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship)

• Degree helpful but not required

Compensation:

• Up to $140,000 base salary

• Annual bonus potential
