Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will play a crucial part of the operation by leading a two shift maintenance team. The right candidate will have a background performing industrial maintenance in manufacturing, maintenance planning, supervision of technicians. This is a hands on management position, as this person will lead by example and work on the floor with the team as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of maintenance technicians, performing training, planning, and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct repairs on machinery, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Perform facility maintenance and repairs.
• PLC and automation troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve facility operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.

• Backgound in industrual electrical troubleshooting and repair.

• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
