We are seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Manager to lead a skilled maintenance team in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of the manufacturing equipment and facility. This role is critical in supporting production goals and maintaining high standards of performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians
- Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
- Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery and facility issues
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies
- Train and mentor team members
- Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and documentation
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime
- Managing up to 20 technicians across 3 shifts
Qualifications Required:
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- 1+ years in a Maintenance Management role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
