Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure minimal downtime of equipment.
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and support as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and projects.
• Oversee budget management for maintenance operations, including cost control and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
