SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects, meeting customer demands, achieving overall project timing, and meeting financial targets. Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of projects within area of assigned responsibility. Must be organized and have great attention to detail. Must also ensure that all work orders are completed on time and according to quality standards and that spending on supplies used to complete maintenance remains within budgetary constraints.
JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Service and maintain all factory equipment
Schedules all work and training for maintenance personnel
Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules
Keeps track of all periodic maintenance
Orders equipment and supplies necessary to perform all duties
Interprets company policies to department employees and enforces safety regulations
Analyzes and resolves work problems or assist personnel in solving work problems

QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES):
Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.
Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.
Excellent management and supervisory skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least five years of maintenance experience required.
