Job Description

One of our manufacturing clients is looking for a results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function at their Cleveland, OH facility.

**Pay Rate: **$130k to $150k

Shift: Days

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily maintenance operations and activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team to achieve department goals.
• Establish and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Partner with Production and Engineering teams to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Plan and coordinate equipment repairs, installations, upgrades, and facility maintenance projects.
• Monitor maintenance schedules, work orders, equipment performance, and downtime metrics.
• Manage maintenance parts, tools, vendors, contractors, and department expenses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Previous experience in a maintenance leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, PLCs, VFDs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated equipment.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
