Position: Maintenance Manager
Primary Location: Anacortes, WA
Reports to: Plant Manager
Compensation: $130-140,000.00 base salary + bonus, + benefits (salaried, exempt)
Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. More specific salary range for your preferred location can be discussed during the hiring process. About This Role and You
The maintenance manager is the leader of the maintenance department at our Anacortes sulphuric acid production facility. They are responsible for overall utilization of plant resources to achieve strategic maintenance and reliability objectives. This includes compliance with Chemtrade Responsible Care safety objectives including the maintenance and reliability program, preparation and tracking of maintenance budget, implementation of capital projects, and management of all maintenance activities including the annual turnaround. The maintenance manager manages in the 1 month to 1 year timeframe
