Job Description Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience
• Manual Lathe experience
• Manual Mill experience- CNC experience is helpful
• Problem Solving Skills
• Pride in workmanship
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to create parts from samples or sketches
• Ability to troubleshoot production equipment and initiate repairs
• Knowledge of heavy-duty rigging is helpful
