Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Lead (Bilingual) to join our team in Stockton, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by overseeing maintenance activities and leading a team of skilled technicians. Your bilingual skills will be essential in communicating effectively with our diverse workforce and ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance and support as needed.
Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal facility performance.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing updates on maintenance status and issues.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance operations.
Assist in training and mentoring new maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in maintenance or facilities management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, tools, and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
