Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Lead (Bilingual) to join our team in Stockton, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by overseeing maintenance activities and leading a team of skilled technicians. Your bilingual skills will be essential in communicating effectively with our diverse workforce and ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal facility performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing updates on maintenance status and issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance operations.
• Assist in training and mentoring new maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in maintenance or facilities management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, tools, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
