Summary

Maintenance Lead In this role, you’ll work with maintenance craft supervisors to learn their job functions. 

Responsibilities

This position is a maintenance supervisor trainee position. The person in this role would spend time with all craft supervisors and learn their positions. This person would fill-in for the craft supervisors when they are on vacation or on leave. This is a great opportunity for an external candidate to “get their foot in the door” and learn about our mill and maintenance operations.

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Technical degree or 4+ years of maintenance experience
• Solid electrical/mechanical maintenance background
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced industrial environment with opportunities to influence reliability, safety, and long‑term asset performance.
