Job Title: Maintenance Generalist MG02-MG03

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Generalist MG03 is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing equipment and company assets. This role ensures a safe work environment and adherence to Tyson policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Assemble and disassemble equipment.

Housekeeping responsibilities.

Operate and maintain mobile equipment, pneumatic, and circuit components.

Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Conduct preventive maintenance on all equipment.

Perform physical tasks such as climbing, standing, bending, sitting, and carrying/pushing/pulling up to 70 lbs. multiple times weekly.

Work in varying conditions, including hot and cold environments.

Work overtime and weekends as needed.

Follow instructions and communicate effectively. Work at heights.

External Requirements:

Up to six months of work experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance; agriculture milling maintenance experience preferred.

Valid driver’s license.

Ability to work at heights.

Basic computer skills for training purposes.

Ability to obtain and maintain a PIT Certification.

· Former Tyson Team Members must be separated from the company for a minimum of 180 calendar days.

· Also, if you have worked at Tyson 3 times or more you will not be eligible for rehire.
