Job Details:
This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
No bonus. Typical schedule is Sunday - Thursday. 10:00pm- 8:30am. weekends/holidays are expected depending on company needs.

6. Ability to perform maintenance duties using hand tools
7. Able to work in hot, dry, dusty, wet and cold environments. Heavy exposure to ingredient dust and inclement weather.
8. Ability to work holidays, weekends, and flexible hours as required based on demand scheduling
9. Ability to work in elevated areas and follow all safety procedures
10. Able to sign and abide by the Company Biosecurity Guidelines including an agreement to avoid any avian species
11. Maintain good housekeeping including service areas
12. Communicate to all levels of Operations
13. Follow and Operate within all Tyson Health and Safety protocols
14. Able to Lift up to 60 lbs. and/or up to 100 lbs with assistance
15. Stand, Sit, Walk, Climb Ladder/Stairs with the ability to sustain physical activity throughout the day.
16. Complete all other tasks assigned by management.
The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Maintenance Generalist: Minimum of 1 year of mechanic work experience documented in the work history section of the application or be a graduate of a maintenance training program. (Can be a combination of employers as long as experience is at least 1 yeari. Can be a current student in a maintenance training program with at least 6 months of school completed.
