    About the Role

We're hiring a Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Maintenance department at the Clearwater facility. This role oversees both production equipment maintenance and facilities upkeep — overseeing a team of maintenance mechanics across three shifts, as well as facilities maintenance technicians. You'll be the driving force behind equipment reliability, a strong preventive maintenance program, and a safe, accountable, continuous-improvement culture. You'll work hand in hand with Production, EHS, and Engineering to keep downtime low and the business moving.

    What You'll Do

     Lead the Team

    - Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance mechanics and maintenance technicians
     - Manage shift coverage, scheduling, overtime, and time-off requests
     - Conduct performance reviews and partner with HR on employee relations
     - Spot training needs and build cross-training plans to reduce single-point dependencies

    Keep Equipment Running

    - Own preventive and predictive maintenance programs for production equipment
     - Prioritize work orders and drive fast response to breakdowns
     - Manage the CMMS system, keeping labor, parts, and repair history documented
     - Lead root cause analysis on recurring issues and drive corrective action
     - Partner with Engineering on new equipment installation and commissioning
     - Manage spare parts inventory and vendor/procurement coordination

     Take Care of the Facility

    - Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, building infrastructure, lighting, and grounds
     - Coordinate contractors for specialized repairs, inspections, and capital projects
     - Support facility improvements and small renovations

    Bring the Technical Expertise
     - Guide the team on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems
     - Ensure work meets code, including NFPA 70E electrical safety standards
     - Review and approve schematics, drawings, and modifications

    Champion Safety

    - Compliance with EHS policy, OSHA, lockout/tagout, arc flash, and PPE standards
     - Partner with EHS on audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions
     - Keep the team properly trained and certified

    Drive Results

    - Track maintenance KPIs — uptime, MTTR, MTBF, PM completion, work order backlog
     - Lead continuous improvement to boost reliability and cut costs
     - Support capital planning and budgeting for maintenance and facilities

     Education

    - Two-year technical degree in Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (required)
     - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or industrial technology (preferred)

     Experience

    - 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
     - 2+ years supervising or leading a maintenance team
     - Multi-shift manufacturing experience (preferred)
     - Experience covering both equipment maintenance and facilities upkeep (preferred)

    Technical Skills

    - Strong grasp of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
     - Comfortable reading electrical schematics, P&IDs, and equipment drawings
     - PLC troubleshooting required; PLC programming a plus
     - Knowledge of NFPA 70E
     - CMMS proficiency
     - Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
     - AutoCAD Electrical and lean/TPM/root cause methodologies are a plus

Leadership
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a multi-shift team
 - Strong written and verbal communication; bilingual English/Spanish a plus
 - Sound judgment under pressure — you know how to prioritize during a breakdown
 - A collaborative style that works across Production, EHS, Engineering, and vendors

Physical Requirements

- Able to stand and move throughout the plant for extended periods
 - Able to bend, twist, grasp, and perform repetitive tasks safely
