Job Description

Duties: Modifications of reducing sudden equipment failures: tracking and investigating equipment failures in production; analyzing causes of equipment failures and evaluating modification feasibility; developing equipment modification programs and implementing them; and constantly tracking and feeding back modified equipment. Modifications of improving equipment production capacities: tracking and investigating existing equipment production capacities; according to company production tasks, evaluating existing equipment beat operation speed and personnel operation; and improving production capacities through improving equipment operation speed and beats between each equipment. Modifications of equipment safety: inspecting equipment safety hazards; evaluating and inspecting possible equipment safety hazards in equipment operator on-site operation; and developing equipment operation safety manual. Providing equipment repair, maintenance and operation training: developing maintenance cycle according to production tasks and conducting modified equipment maintenance and operation training.

Requirements: Two years’ experience as an equipment maintenance engineer in the automotive glass manufacturing industry and experience must include the following:

• deep processing equipment of automotive glass;

• knowledgeable on structure of automated equipment, including mechanical, electrical, control, and safety systems;

• understanding equipment’s mechanical system drawings; and

• designing and machining equipment components for equipment upgrades and modifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
