Duties: Maintaining mechanical and electrical production equipment, performing issue analysis and resolve according to work orders/maintenance request. Maintaining and fixing according to equipment breakdown calls during on-duty shift. Preparing specifications for the purchase of spare parts inventory. Performing routine equipment inspection, identifying potential failure risks, and take action to prevent downtime. Performing regular backup or revision to automation program, as well as regular backup or revise automation program and ensure the reliability of backup. Performing equipment preventive maintenance and lubrication; reducing equipment downtime and quantity of scraped product due to equipment issue for responsible area. Assisting the software engineer to carry out on-site debugging of the equipment and completing the on-site debugging tasks according to the requirements of the debugging engineer with quality and quantity. Recording maintenance documents, such as equipment sudden breakdown maintenance record and maintenance work daily log. Training employees regarding basic equipment knowledge, procedure, and skills.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
