Duties
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team to execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities across all plant equipment.
- Manage facilities maintenance tasks such as HVAC systems, building infrastructure, and utilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Coordinate projects related to equipment upgrades, installations, or modifications with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and facilities using tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment history for compliance and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations while fostering a culture of safety awareness among staff.
- Collaborate with production management to minimize downtime and improve manufacturing efficiency through effective maintenance planning.
- Lead efforts in training staff on new procedures, safety protocols, and technical skills relevant to industrial maintenance.
