Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Sunday: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM
Monday: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM
This unique schedule allows employees to enjoy weekdays off while still working full-time hours!- Diagnose and repair industrial machinery and equipment
Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns
Install and replace machine components and defective parts
Perform minor welding, rebuilding, and equipment repairs
Support facility maintenance including minor plumbing, painting, and fixture repairs
Maintain equipment inventories and spare parts stock
Train production employees on routine maintenance and equipment care
Complete maintenance reports and document repairs
Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives
Maintain a safe work environment and follow lockout/tagout procedures
Previous maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read technical manuals and diagnose equipment issues
Experience with preventative maintenance programs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Technical certifications or Industrial Maintenance education are a plus
PLC, Robotics, Automation, or Mechatronics experience is highly preferred for advanced-level technicians
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and remain active throughout the shift
