POSITION DUTIES SUMMARY: Responsible for mechanical and electrical maintenance of production equipment, performing issue analysis and resolving according to work orders/maintenance request. Responsible for maintenance and repair according to equipment breakdown calls during on-duty shift. Preparing specifications for the purchase of spare parts inventory. Performing routine equipment inspection, identify potential failure risks and take action to prevent downtime. Responsible for regular backup or revision to automation program. Regularly backing up or revising automation program and ensuring the reliability of backup. Be responsible for equipment preventive maintenance and lubrication; reducing equipment downtime and quantity of scrapped product due to equipment issue for responsible area. Assisting the software engineer to carry out on-site debugging of the equipment and completing the on-site debugging tasks according to the requirements of the debugging engineer with quality and quantity. Responsible for document record, such as Equipment sudden breakdown maintenance record and Maintenance work daily log. Responsible for staffs' related basic equipment knowledge, procedure, and skill training.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in machinery, mechanical engineering or related field or foreign equivalent plus 2 years of experience in numerical control, electrical control, and mechanical maintenance within the automotive glass industry. Must have knowledge in safety standards and operational procedures in factory/manufacturing environments and have experience designing and installing factory power distribution systems; drafting and executing preventive maintenance plans; using Microsoft Office; working with production teams to coordinate maintenance activities and provide technical support; and implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices.
