About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in the Consumer Support Services industry. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. Your main objective will be to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency by performing regular maintenance and repairs on our boilers, plumbing, refrigeration, compressors, and electrical systems. You will also be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance to ensure that our equipment is always in top condition.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance engineering
- Strong knowledge of boilers, plumbing, refrigeration, compressors, and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hotel maintenance
- Knowledge of chilled water systems
- Certification in boiler operation
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on boilers, plumbing, refrigeration, compressors, and electrical systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is in top condition
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of facilities
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
Skills:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will utilize your strong knowledge of boilers, plumbing, refrigeration, compressors, and electrical systems to perform regular maintenance and repairs. You will also use your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions. Additionally, your communication skills will be essential in collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. Your ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics will also be crucial in conducting preventive maintenance and maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
