Join our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Oxnard, CA as an Electrical Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our production equipment running smoothly by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems in a high-volume industrial setting. Your expertise in electrical control systems and industrial automation is essential to our preventative and corrective maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting & Repairs:

    • Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in electrical and mechanical components on industrial machinery.

    • Utilize analog and digital multimeters and other diagnostic tools to test circuits and wiring.

  • Maintenance Programs:

    • Execute scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.

    • Identify root causes of system failures and implement effective repair solutions.

  • Equipment Installation & Integration:

    • Install new equipment, ensuring proper electrical connections and system integration.

    • Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems as needed.

  • Safety & Compliance:

    • Adhere to safety protocols and electrical regulations, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.

Qualifications

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years in industrial electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of electrical control systems, automation, and troubleshooting techniques.

    • Hands-on experience with 480-volt 3-phase wiring and high-voltage components.

    • Proficient in repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as digital/analog I/O wiring, AC/DC amplifiers, and servomotors.

  • Documentation:

    • Ability to read and interpret complex electrical and mechanical schematics.
  • Additional Skills:

    • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

    • Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
