Job Title: Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift

Location: Mukwonago, WI

Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Shift: 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)

A well-established and growing manufacturer in the Mukwonago area is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support operations on 1st shift. This is a direct hire opportunity with immediate benefits and long-term stability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on electrical troubleshooting experience using voltmeters in a manufacturing setting.

🔌 Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production and facility equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues using voltmeters and diagnostic tools.

• Work with control panels, motors, conveyors, and other industrial systems.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

• Support continuous improvement and preventive maintenance initiatives.

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.

✅ Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.

• Solid knowledge of electrical systems and voltmeter usage.

• Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical repairs.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification is a plus.

• Strong communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
