About the Opportunity

A global manufacturer of extrusion base and silicone-coated release liners is seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to support operations at its Malvern, PA facility. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing electrical systems in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a team setting, prioritizes safety, and is comfortable working a rotating shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

-Maintain, repair, and adjust industrial electrical equipment including motors, PLCs, AC/DC drives, interlocks, controls, and sensing devices

-Install and wire new production equipment

-Read, update, and maintain electrical schematics

-Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving electrical and control systems

-Enter work order updates and maintain accurate documentation in maintenance management systems

-Follow all safety and environmental procedures

-Support continuous improvement and overall plant reliability

Requirements

-2-4 years of electrical or electronic technician experience in an industrial manufacturing environment

-Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot complex systems

-Experience with PLCs, AC/DC drives, motors, and industrial controls

-Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (days/nights)

-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, and stooping

-Strong teamwork skills and professional work ethic

Preferences

-Experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens systems

-Formal electrical training or technical education

-Union manufacturing experience
