Job Overview:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Solid working knowledge of electrical systems, including 120V, 208/240V, and 480V 3-phase power.
- Ability to read and troubleshoot using wiring schematics.
- Must be able to troubleshoot and repair machinery or mechanical equipment and make sound decisions on how to repair.
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed during maintenance and repair activities.
- Experience with HMIs, VFDs, Vision Systems, Welding, and Press Brake equipment strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, with proven troubleshooting and repair ability.
- Welding equipment and bridge crane maintenance experience are a plus.
- Familiarity with CMMS or other preventive maintenance programs preferred.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
DESCRIPTION:
- Perform preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and related sub-systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and control system issues using test instruments and diagnostic tools.
- Remove and replace defective parts using appropriate tools, hoists, or cranes.
- Adjust, calibrate, and maintain control instruments and mechanical components for optimal performance.
- Minimize downtime through proactive maintenance and clear communication with production teams.
- Provide technical support and collaborate with production supervisors to schedule maintenance activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety standards.
