FieldBridge is looking for a Maintenance Technician in Williston, North Dakota to work with the world's largest oilfield services compay. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay is $24 - $30/hour | 15 days on / 6 days off rotation, 12-hour shifts | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime opportunities available | At $30/hr and 84 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $3,180 gross.

Position Overview

FieldBridge is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-time delivery of equipment through proactive, reliability-centered maintenance. This role works within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to keep assets performing at a high standard and drive down non-productive time. It's a great fit for a diesel mechanic looking to grow into oilfield equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned equipment per the reliability-centered maintenance program using the CMMS
• Record materials, labor costs, and equipment maintenance history within business systems accurately and on time
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost asset utilization and reduce cost of service delivery
• Support efforts to reduce equipment downtime and improve asset turnaround time
• Participate in failure investigations as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of diesel mechanic experience required
• Oilfield experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical school training or certification preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Personal tools a plus (not supplied on-site)
